IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, POWER MOVES DEVELOPMENT LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF SMART SUPPORT.
Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount paid by you for Smart Support services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Upon termination, we will retain your data for 30 days for potential account restoration, after which it will be permanently deleted unless required by law to retain longer.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and prominent platform notice at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of Smart Support after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
